Close Before You Doze
Close Before You Doze
It is a fire safety education program developed by UL Research Institute’s Fire Safety Research Institute.
In their research, they discovered that in a fire, rooms with closed doors reached approximately 100°F. In contrast, an open-door room reached 1000°F. Sleeping with your door closed gives you time to make your escape after you hear the smoke detectors go off.
