Available Lands and Properties

Ramsey has experienced tremendous success in developing land for commercial and industrial business parks (over 500 acres). This can be attributed to a strong labor force, relevant educational opportunities nearby, proactive local government and utility companies, and synergies created by nearby commercial and industrial users. With Ramsey’s existing business parks nearly full, we are turning our eyes to a new 100-acre business park. Bunker Lake Industrial Business Park is serviced by a full-access, grade-separated U.S. Hwy 10/169/Armstrong Blvd interchange.
