Trash Haulers License

Trash Haulers providing trash and recycling services in the City of Ramsey must be licensed per city code. Licenses expire on December 31st and are renewed annually.

All licensed haulers servicing multi-family complexes must submit a recycling tonnage report monthly, quarterly (on the 10th of January, April, June, and October), or biannually to the Recycling Coordinator at canderson@cityoframseymn.gov.

Apply for a Haulers License

All license applications must be approved by the City Council, which meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month. The application deadline is one week before the City Council meeting.
