Therapeutic Massage License
Each person performing massage services and each business offering massage services to the public, for monetary compensation or for other consideration, must hold a license in the City of Ramsey. View the list of requirements for a massage therapist license per City Code.

Application Review
The license application review and approval process may take up to 120 days. Business licenses are issued after approval by the City Council. Facility inspection may be required. Approved licenses are valid through December 31 and renewed annually.
All license applications must be approved by the City Council, which meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month.
