Tobacco Sales License
A tobacco license is required to sell tobacco or tobacco-related products or devices in the City of Ramsey.
The license application review and approval process may take up to 15 days. Business licenses are issued upon approval by the City Council. The license is valid through December 31 and renewed annually—limit of one license per location.

All license applications must be approved by the City Council, which meets on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month. The application deadline is one week before the City Council meeting.
