Business Spotlight: Culligan Water

Culligan was founded in 1936 by Emmett Culligan, while the local story began in 1946 when Navy veteran Wayne Packard purchased his first franchise in the Twin Cities. Today, Packard Culligan Water remains a third-generation, family-owned group of 34 Culligan dealerships across the United States. The company is celebrating 80 years of the Packard family legacy with Culligan and recently held a public open house at its Ramsey facility to mark the occasion.
