General Election - November 3

The General Election is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026. All polling places are open from 
7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. For more information, including the list of polling locations and where to vote, visit 
www.cityoframseymn.gov/165/Elections.

In-Person Absentee Voting

Ramsey residents may vote in-person absentee at the Ramsey Municipal Center or the Anoka County Government Center, beginning Friday, September 18,
 2026. Voting can be done from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.,
 Monday through Friday. The Ramsey Municipal Center will be open for voting on
•    Saturday, October 24 and 31, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
•    Tuesday, October 27 until 7:00 p.m. 
•    Sunday, November 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
•    Monday, November 2, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
You may also vote absentee via U.S. Mail by contacting Anoka County Elections at 763-324-1300 or requesting a ballot online at www.sos.state.mn.us.

Ramsey City Council Candidates

The seats open for the 2026 General Election are as follows: Councilmember At-Large, Councilmember Ward 1 and Councilmember Ward 3. 
The list of candidates that will be on the general ballot is as follows:
