Now Hiring - Recreation Coordinator

Do you love bringing people together, planning memorable events, and creating programs that make a community a great place to live? The City of Ramsey is looking for a Recreation Coordinator to join our team!

This position plays an exciting role in planning and coordinating recreation programs and some of Ramsey’s favorite community events, including The Draw Summer Concert Series, Ramsey Farmers Market, Happy Days, and more!

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, community-minded, and ready to take programs and events from planning through event day.

In this role, you’ll help:

• Plan and lead recreation programs and community events
• Coordinate vendors, performers, instructors, volunteers, and community partners
• Manage program registrations, facility rentals, budgets, and event logistics
• Promote recreation opportunities throughout the community
• Help create fun and engaging experiences for Ramsey residents of all ages

Anticipated 2027 Wage Scale:

Step 1: $37.13 - $46.42/per hour
