We’re excited to see a Ramsey business making waves at the Minnesota State Fair!

Summer Lakes Beverage, founded by Joe and Alissa Zimmerley, has grown from a small tent at the fair to the brand-new Summer Lakes Boat House—a 2,700-square-foot lake-inspired gathering space featuring food, beverages, live music and more.

The new Boat House is one of the Minnesota State Fair’s newest additions and opens Thursday, August 27, at the southwest corner of Randall Avenue and Underwood Street.

Congratulations to Summer Lakes Beverage on this exciting milestone! We’re proud to see Ramsey businesses grow and bring their Minnesota-made success stories to an audience of millions.
