Happy Days Festival

Ramsey’s annual Happy Days Festival returns Saturday, September 12, with a full day of activities, entertainment, and community fun!

Start the day off at Elmcrest Park with the 5K and Youth Fun Run. Afterward, head to the main festival site along Sunwood Drive NW, across from City Hall, for the Happy Days Parade, Expo, food and drink vendors, kids’ activities, live entertainment and more throughout the day.

Festival favorites include the Kids’ Tent hosted and sponsored by Northgate Church; Dog Show, hosted and sponsored by Armstrong Kennels; the Car Show, hosted by Mike Orn State Farm and sponsored by Take 5; the Bean Bag Tournament, hosted by Anytime Fitness; and bingo, hosted by Anoka Women of Today. New this year, Jam Hops will also join the lineup with a live demo in the Event Tent.

Evening entertainment includes live music from Jonah and the Whales from 6:30–8:00 p.m., followed by Stone Daisy from 8:30–10:00 p.m. Fireworks will close out the festival at approximately 10:00 p.m.

New this year, families will also have access to the KaiBi Mobile Family Care Center, brought to Happy Days through a sponsorship from Lightbridge Academy. The accessible trailer provides a private, comfortable space for diaper changing, breastfeeding and pumping, sensory breaks and other family care needs.
