About the ACFR
The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) is prepared annually in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles. The Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada has awarded the City the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting every year since 1994. The Certificate of Achievement is the highest form of recognition in governmental accounting and financial reporting, and its attainment represents a significant accomplishment by a government and its management.
ACFR Documents
The ACFR is prepared in conjunction with the City’s annual audit, which is performed each spring for the previous year. The most recent ACFR is available for review at the Ramsey Municipal Center or may be seen below:
