Candidates filing for Office - 2026 for terms beginning in January 2027

Ward 1 Filing:

Ward 3 Filing:

At-Large Filing:

Candidates for an elected city office must:

  • be eligible to vote in Minnesota
  • be at least 21 years old upon assuming office
  • have maintained residence in their district for at least 30 days before the general election
  • have not filed for another office at the upcoming primary or general election (unless authorized by Minn. Stat. 103C.315, subd. 6)

Campaign Finance Reports

Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 211A.02, Subd. 6, Campaign Finance Reports will be posted within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the report and will remain available for four (4) years after the posting date.

Fill out a Campaign Finance Report Form (PDF) by downloading it and open it using your favorite internet browser.
