Food Truck Vendors

We will select up to 12 food vendors to sell food and beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Vendors must provide their own power. 

The flat fee for food truck vendors is $325 for residents and $375 for non-residents. 

The application deadline is Sunday, May 3, at 11:59 p.m., and vendor selection notifications will be sent in mid-May. Selected vendors will be given a two-week window to accept or decline their invitation. If no response is received within that timeframe, the invitation will be considered declined, and staff will proceed to the next vendor in the selection process.

Vendor Selection

Food vendors are selected at the sole discretion of Happy Days staff. Each year, staff work to provide visitors with a wide variety of food options, rotate participating vendors, and, when possible, limit duplication of menu offerings. Because of this, submission of an application does not guarantee selection, and the City reserves the right to reject any applicant. Vendor selection considers menu variety, local presence, and overall uniqueness. Vendors with flexible menu offerings are encouraged to note this in their application.

Selected trucks must hold a current Ramsey Mobile Food Unit License, completed Food Vendor Indemnification and a Minnesota ST-19 form, and provide appropriate certification of liability insurance. 

Please read the application instructions carefully. Failure to complete the application process may result in disqualification. Any vendor NOT chosen by the Committee will receive a full refund.
