Vendor Expo

General Expo Information

The Happy Days Expo will take place on Saturday, September 12, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. along Center Street as part of the annual Happy Days Festival. The Expo features a wide variety of craft vendors, businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations showcasing their goods, services, and community resources to thousands of attendees throughout the day.

The fee to participate in the Expo is $100 for residents and $150 for non-residents. Happy Days sponsors at the Silver level or higher may redeem a complimentary Expo (and Parade) entry; registration is still required.

Expo space is limited to approximately 90 booths. Pre-registration is required, and applications are accepted until Sunday, August 30, at midnight, or until the Expo is full. Late registrations will not be accepted.

Expo setup will take place on the morning of the event between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Exhibitors will be assigned a specific arrival window to ensure safe and efficient setup. Each participant is responsible for supplying their own 10x10 tent, weights, tables, chairs, power, and other necessary items. All tents must have weights.

Ramsey City Staff will review your application. If your entry does not comply with our rules and guidelines, it may be rejected. We reserve the right to refuse any application or organization for any reason. If your application is denied, a refund will be issued.

Please read the application instructions and rules carefully. Failure to complete the application process may result in disqualification.
