Please NOTE: a $20.00 or $25.00 Application Fee (based on Permit Type) will be collected for each permit requiring plan review; this fee will be deducted from the overall permit fee upon permit issuance. The application fee is non-refundable.

Credit and Debit Card Payments

A convenience fee is applied to all credit and debit card payments. The fee structure is as follows:

• Transactions up to $90.00: A flat fee of $2.95
• Transactions over $90.00: A percentage-based fee of 3.25% of the total amount

Fee Policy: All credit and debit card convenience fees are non-refundable.  

We do not accept American Express.
