If you are moving into or out of the City of Ramsey, it is your responsibility to contact our billing company, OPUS21, at 763-576-4343 or 1-888-228-2136 or complete the online Utility Billing Change Form (PDF).
As the owner of the property, you are responsible for all fees and services at this address. If you choose not to pay for these services now, the fees will be assessed to your property taxes.
New property owners should note that if they are purchasing or have recently purchased a home within the City of Ramsey, they may want to verify that the previous owner paid the final utility bill. Any outstanding utility bill (water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, streetlights, and recycling) will be certified to your property as a special assessment. If your property has an outstanding final utility bill, you may want to contact your title company to determine if any funds were held in an escrow account.
