Stormwater Management Fees

• Residential — $22.15/qtr.
• Commercial based upon engineers’ calculations — $88.60 per REU/qtr.

State Mandated Testing — fee/qtr. — $3.81/connection

Miscellaneous Fees

• Penalty/late payment 10% fee on a past-due current bill.
• Admin fee for assessment charge $40.00/account + 6.5% interest.

• Commercial fee, based upon the engineer's calculations, is $77.04 per REU per quarter

Water Fees

• Minimum usage (up to 15,000 gallons) fee per quarter is $54.89
• State testing fee per quarter (mandated by the State of Minnesota) $2.43 per quarter
• Quarterly rate structure:
  • $3.76 per 1,000 for 15,001 to 25,000
  • $3.71 per 1,000 for 25,001 to 40,000
  • $3.97 per 1,000 for 40,001 to 60,000
  • $4.24 per 1,000 for 60,001 to 99,000
  • $4.69 per 1,000 for 99,001 to 201,000
  • $5.61 per 1,000 for 201,001 and above

Miscellaneous Fees

• Assessment charge for unpaid items: the administration fee is $40/account, plus 6.5% interest
• Penalty/late payment past due on current billing 10%
